Inspired by the interplay between natural landscapes and contemporary architecture, the EV5 is a distinct model that shares similarities with the EV9. With a size comparable to the Sportage, the EV5 boasts striking LED lighting that wraps around the upright front fascia and extends below the hood. Kia has replaced the traditional grille with their digital 'Tiger Face' design, and the three-dimensional Signature Star Map Lighting draws inspiration from star-studded constellations. Just like the EV9, the EV5 features flush-fitting door handles and a rising beltline starting from the C-pillar. The vehicle also showcases wide shoulder lines, powerful fenders, and pushed-back D-pillars.

At the rear of the EV5, the taillights span nearly the entire width of the body, in contrast to the EV9 where they are positioned high up alongside the back window. Additionally, the EV5 is equipped with a lowered spoiler and a skid plate located lower down. Buyers will have the option to choose from nine glossy colors and one matte shade, allowing for personalization and individual style preferences.
