【Summary】Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) has launched the 2023 CB200X adventure tourer at a price of Rs 1.47 lakh. The bike comes with a special 10-year warranty package and features an OBD2 compliant engine, new body graphics, and a new assist & slipper clutch. It retains the same design but offers new paint options. The CB200X is powered by a 184.40cc engine that produces 17 bhp and meets the new BS6.2 emission regulations.

2023 Honda CB200X launch price revised

Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) has launched the 2023 CB200X at a price of Rs 1.47 lakh (ex-showroom). The latest iteration of the adventure tourer comes with an OBD2 compliant engine and new body graphics.

Yogesh Mathur, Director of Sales and Marketing at HMSI, expressed his satisfaction with the launch of the 2023 CB200X. He highlighted the OBD2 compliant engine, stylish graphics, and the new assist & slipper clutch as key features of the bike. He also mentioned that the CB200X urban explorer was designed with the dreams of the new-age customers in mind.

The design of the CB200X remains largely unchanged, but it now features a new paint job and fresh graphics. The bike is available in three different color schemes: Pearl Nightstar Black, Sports Red, and the new Decent Blue Metallic. In terms of features, the CB200X boasts a fully digital instrument panel with customizable brightness levels. It includes a speedometer, odometer, tachometer, fuel gauge, twin trip meters, battery voltmeter, gear position indicator, and a clock. The bike also comes equipped with an all-LED lighting system.

Under the hood, the CB200X is powered by a 184.40cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that delivers 17 bhp at 8,500 rpm and a peak torque of 15.9 Nm at 6,000 rpm. The engine is OBD2 compliant and meets the new BS6.2 emission regulations. It is paired with a 5-speed gearbox that features a new slip-and-assist clutch.

In terms of hardware, the CB200X features golden-colored upside-down front forks and a rear monoshock for suspension. It is equipped with petal disc brakes at the front and rear, along with a single-channel ABS for added safety. The bike has a seat height of 810mm and a ground clearance of 167mm. It weighs 147 kg.
