Akroyd & Chase team up in preview for 'Undead City'
【Summary】In the comedy horror 'Zombie Town,' Amy and Mike discover a secret when they watch a film reel and their town becomes overrun with zombies. They must find a filmmaker and navigate through hungry zombies to break the curse. Starring Dan Akroyd and Chevy Chase. Releases on September 1st in the US.
The first trailer has been released for the upcoming comedy horror film 'Zombie Town,' which is based on the 2012 novel by R.L. Stine, known for his popular works such as 'Goosebumps' and 'Fear Street'.
In the movie, the main characters Amy (played by Madi Monroe) and Mike (played by Marlon Kazadi) stumble upon a hidden secret from centuries ago when they decide to watch a mysterious film reel. To their horror, they soon discover that their town has been transformed into a haven for the undead. Now, they must find a way to locate a notorious filmmaker (portrayed by Dan Akroyd) and navigate through a town filled with hungry zombies in order to break the curse before it's too late.
'Zombie Town' is directed by Peter Lepeniotis and features a talented cast including Chevy Chase, Henry Czerny, and Scott Thompson and Bruce McCulloch, both known for their work on 'Kids in the Hall'.
In addition to 'Zombie Town,' another movie trailer making waves is for the film 'My Animal,' which explores the complexities of love.
'Zombie Town' is set to hit U.S. cinemas on September 1st, offering audiences a thrilling and humorous experience.
