Bentley's Road Trip Revolution

Modern marketing is often filled with overused superlatives that fail to live up to their promises. However, Bentley has managed to create an extraordinary experience with their new programme called Bentley Extraordinary Journeys. These journeys offer guests the opportunity to embark on once-in-a-lifetime driving holidays in some of the most picturesque locations in the world.

While it may seem like something a car enthusiast could arrange themselves, Bentley has gone above and beyond to create truly exceptional adventures. With a fleet of brand-new Bentleys at your disposal, guests are taken on a meandering route to a designated destination, allowing them to drive these magnificent automobiles on some of the most scenic roads on the planet.

Currently, Bentley has planned six experiences across the globe, from New Zealand to New Mexico. The first and perhaps most exclusive experience takes place in Britain, starting at the home of Bentley and ending at The Macallan, one of their long-standing partners.

The journey begins at Bentley's own CW1 House, where guests are treated to a coffee and croissant while learning about Bentley's vision and history. This state-of-the-art showroom serves as the perfect backdrop for the commencement of the journey. After the briefing, guests are taken on a comprehensive tour of the factory, where they witness the craftsmanship and passion that goes into creating these luxury cars.

Following the factory tour, guests enjoy a delicious lunch back at CW1 House before freshening up at a local hotel. The highlight of the evening is a surreal dining experience in the factory itself, surrounded by partially-completed vehicles. This unique opportunity brings guests closer to the heart of the Bentley brand and builds excitement for the days ahead.

The next day, the real adventure begins with a drive to Speyside. The fleet of Bentleys, including Continental GTs and Flying Spurs, takes guests on a journey through the stunning Peak District, with luxurious stops along the way. One such stop is Grantley Hall, a magnificent estate in the Yorkshire countryside that has been transformed into a luxury hotel and spa.

Throughout the journey, guests experience the convenience and luxury of traveling with Bentley. The support crew takes care of everything, from refueling and cleaning the cars to transporting luggage to the next destination. This attention to detail allows guests to fully immerse themselves in the experience without any worries.

As the journey continues, guests drive through the breathtaking landscapes of Northumberland and Scotland. The winding and undulating B-roads provide the perfect opportunity to unleash the power of the Continental GT and Flying Spur. The journey culminates at the Macallan Estate on Speyside, where guests are treated to a guided tour of the distillery and a tasting of rare Macallan expressions.

The final evening is spent at the distillery, where guests enjoy a memorable dinner showcasing the best of northern Scotland's cuisine. As a fitting end to the trip, a hidden bar reveals a bottle of the exceptional Macallan 30-year-old whisky for guests to savor.

Overall, the Extraordinary Journey UK programme by Bentley offers an unforgettable experience for car enthusiasts and luxury travelers alike. Priced at £14,950 per person based on two people sharing, this journey is truly extraordinary in every sense of the word.
