Fiat Panda 4x4 Piccolo Lusso restomod luxury unveiled

A special edition Fiat Panda 4x4 restomod has been unveiled to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the Panda 4x4. The project was a collaboration between Dutch classic car specialist Kaeve and bespoke automotive design house Niels van Roij Design, resulting in the exclusive Piccolo Lusso model.

The Piccolo Lusso is based on the Panda 4x4 Sisley special edition, which was originally introduced in the late 80s. The Sisley edition featured extras like metallic paint, cream-painted wheels, branded seatbelts, mud flaps, and 'Sisley' badging. For the Piccolo Lusso, a range of cosmetic enhancements were made to enhance the appeal of the iconic off-roader.

The design of the Piccolo Lusso draws inspiration from the Mediterranean Sea and is finished in Azzurro Blue paintwork. Previously unpainted areas such as the bumpers, rubbing strips, door handles, and air vents under the windscreen have also been painted in the same color. The car also features white indicators and specially engineered clear indicator lenses.

Inside, the interior showcases a combination of brown and cream leather upholstery, with the Sisley 'canoe' emblem stitched into the headrests, door panels, and steering wheel center. One of the standout features of the Piccolo Lusso is the teak deck in the boot area, paying homage to the car's heritage and Italian Mediterranean nautical life.

Arno Heirath, owner of Kaeve Cars, expressed his delight in unveiling the Fiat Panda 4x4 Piccolo Lusso, describing it as an embodiment of excellence resulting from the collaborative vision of Kaeve Cars Uden and Niels van Roij Design. He believes that this exceptional vehicle will capture the hearts of automotive enthusiasts and connoisseurs worldwide.

The one-off 4x4 Piccolo Lusso is currently available at Kaeve Cars in Uden for €30,000, or approximately £26,000 at the current exchange rates.
