【Summary】The former Continental Russia plant, now owned by S8 Capital, has been renamed Cordiant Kaluga. The facility will focus on tyre production, located southwest of Moscow.

Following the acquisition of Continental AG's assets in Russia by holding company S8 Capital, the tyre manufacturing facility in Kaluga has undergone a name change. The LLC Continental Kaluga plant will now be known as LLC Cordiant Kaluga. This change in legal name became effective on 17 August 2023. LLC Cordiant Kaluga will primarily focus on tyre production at the former Continental plant, which is located approximately 100 miles southwest of Moscow.
