Residents in the Libyan capital are currently trapped in their homes due to clashes between rival militias, according to the country's health ministry. This recent outbreak of violence is believed to be the most intense fighting Tripoli has experienced this year.
In response to the situation, the Health Ministry has called on the conflicting parties to permit ambulance and emergency teams to access the affected areas, particularly in the southern part of the city. Additionally, they have requested for blood supplies to be transported to nearby hospitals.
