Neighbour's Porsche ruined in revenge for driving through garden
【Summary】A neighbour's entitled behavior of driving through another person's garden to park his Porsche led to revenge from the fed-up neighbour. They installed a metal fence 5 inches on their side of the property line, causing damage to the neighbour's car and skewing the fence. The police were called, and the neighbour was ticketed for damaging the property. Social media users praised the revenge, highlighting the inappropriate behavior of the entitled neighbour.
A social media user has gained praise for taking revenge on his 'entitled' neighbor who would drive through his garden to park his cars. The neighbor, named Richard, would park his Porsche in the backyard and drive beyond the separation line of the two houses in order to do so.
However, the user's next-door neighbor had finally had enough of Richard's inconsiderate behavior and decided to take action. The user, known as @LnGass on Reddit, shared the story, stating that his parents had lived in the same house for 50 years and had three neighbors on the north side during that time.
One of the neighbors, a little old woman called Elenore, was a hermit and the kids in the neighborhood were always scared of her. However, she passed away and was replaced by Richard, who became the nightmare neighbor.
One day, the user returned home to find Richard cutting down the bushes on their property. The user and his father confronted Richard, explaining that the bushes belonged to them and they were not happy about it. Richard, however, didn't care and insisted that he needed to cut them down in order to park his cars in the backyard.
The user's father suggested an alternative solution, pointing out that Richard had a curb cut out on the other side of his house, which would allow him to mow it and have a straight access to the backyard as the original builder intended. But Richard ignored their suggestion and stormed off.
The next day, the bush had disappeared and Richard began driving his cars through their property and into the backyard for the night. The neighbors confronted Richard about his behavior, but he showed complete disregard for their concerns.
Fed up with Richard's behavior, the neighbors decided to install a metal fence to properly mark the property line and prevent Richard from ruining their lawn. They placed the fence posts 5 inches on their side of the property line, making it difficult for Richard to get his cars past them.
When Richard returned home and saw the new fence, he became angry and could be heard cursing and yelling for hours. He managed to get one of his cars out, but it was damaged with scrapes along the side.
Not only did Richard damage his own car, but the force of his actions also skewed the newly installed fence, causing it to lean toward the neighbors' property. The neighbors called the police and Richard was given a ticket for damaging their property.
Many users praised the courageous neighbors in the comments, agreeing that Richard's behavior was completely out of line. Some even suggested that the neighbors should have sued over the bushes, as it could have fallen under the category of tree law.
Another user humorously remarked that they had never met a Richard who wasn't a complete tool, suggesting that Richard's behavior was not surprising.
