SUBARU CROSSTREK ACHIEVES UNPRECEDENTED SALES
【Summary】Subaru Canada had its best-ever sales month in October, with the Crosstrek selling 2,984 units. The BRZ also had its best October ever. Year-to-date sales are 22.0% higher than last year. The Crosstrek's success is attributed to its size and adventurous features, while the BRZ continues to provide thrilling driving experiences. Subaru Canada, Inc. (SCI) is excited to announce that the Crosstrek had its best month ever, selling 2,984 units in October. Canadians have always loved the Crosstrek for its perfect size and adventurous spirit.
In October, SCI sold a total of 4,796 units, which is a 19.8% increase or 792 units more than October 2022. Alongside the Crosstrek, the BRZ also had its best October ever, contributing to the overall sales.
The 2024 Crosstrek, which is completely redesigned, continues to attract buyers with its comfortable interior, striking new design, and numerous standard features. Additionally, the new Crosstrek Wilderness model has joined the lineup as the most rugged and adventure-ready Crosstrek ever built.
The BRZ, with its low center of gravity, rear-wheel-drive layout, and powerful 228-hp Subaru BOXER engine, continues to provide an exhilarating driving experience. It achieved its best October sales ever, selling 92 units.
Year-to-date, Subaru Canada has sold 44,663 units in 2023, representing a 22.0% increase compared to the same period last year. This translates to 8,049 more Subaru models sold than in 2022 during the same timeframe.
SCI Chairman, President, and CEO Tomohiro Kubota expressed his satisfaction with the exceptional October sales of the Crosstrek. He also emphasized the importance of offering Canadians vehicles with leading safety, capability, and reliability.
