Tesla's Model Y & 3 in US Now Available with 7 Wraps

Tesla has introduced wraps for Model 3 and Model Y for its US customers, giving them the opportunity to personalize their vehicles. This new option allows customers to choose from a range of exciting colors that will make their cars stand out.

The introduction of vehicle wraps is a wonderful gift from Tesla to its customers in the United States. By offering this option for the first time in the US, Tesla is giving its customers the chance to make their Model 3 and Model Y unique and different from others on the road. The new colors are not only visually appealing but also resonate with a lot of customers.

Tesla now offers seven new colors for the wraps, including Glacier Blue, Satin Rose Gold, Forest Green, Satin Ceramic White, Crimson Red, Satin Stealth Black, and Slip Gray. Each color has its own price, with most options priced at $8,000, except for Satin Stealth Black and Slip Gray, which are priced at $7,500.

According to Tesla's website, the Color Wraps are made of a self-healing urethane-based film that protects the paint beneath from chips, scratches, and swirling. The purchase price of the wrap includes both the cost of materials and installation. Currently, Tesla Service Centers in West Covina, CA and Carlsbad, CA are participating in the installation of the wraps.

This option is available for 2023+ Model 3 and Model Y vehicles, and customers must have the Tesla app version 4.23.0 or newer to make the purchase. By offering wraps as an alternative to producing cars painted in new colors directly at the factory, Tesla avoids the financial costs and space wasted in production areas that would come with installing new paint shops. Additionally, the majority of consumers tend to choose cars in more classic colors, so offering wraps provides a compromise that satisfies the needs of customers who want their cars to be unique.

Tesla's decision to introduce wraps for its Model 3 and Model Y vehicles in the US is a testament to the company's commitment to providing its customers with options for personalization. By offering a range of exciting colors, Tesla is allowing its customers to make their cars truly their own.
