Toyota unveils latest Alphard/Vellfire models
【Summary】Toyota has launched the new generation Alphard/Vellfire luxury van with a hybrid powertrain, all-wheel drive, and advanced safety features. It has a 2.5-litre engine and electric motor, offering 250hp and an average fuel economy of 17.9kpl. The Alphard has a private jet-inspired design, while the Vellfire has a more aggressive exterior. The van also features luxurious amenities like power-adjustable seats, ventilation and massage functions, twin moonroof, and premium leather upholstery.
Toyota has recently launched the latest generation of its popular luxury van, the Alphard/Vellfire. This new version comes equipped with a hybrid powertrain and all-wheel-drive, as well as the latest Toyota Safety Sense technology.
Under the hood, the Alphard/Vellfire is powered by a 2.5-liter Dual VVT-I engine paired with an electric motor, resulting in a combined output of 250 horsepower. According to the official Eco Sticker, the van has an average fuel economy of 17.9 kilometers per liter.
When it comes to design, the Alphard showcases a private jet-inspired theme, complete with LED lights, a powered tailgate, and a choice of 17-inch or 19-inch wheels, depending on the variant. On the other hand, the Vellfire boasts a more aggressive exterior design and a sleek black interior.
Inside the van, the second-row seats offer 10-way power adjustment, ventilation, and massage functions, all of which can be controlled via a detachable tablet. Additionally, there are twin moonroofs, 64-color illumination options, and premium nappa leather upholstery, adding to the luxurious feel.
For entertainment and connectivity, the Alphard/Vellfire features a 14-inch center touchscreen with wireless Apple Carplay, a 12.3-inch instrument display, and a total of 15 JBL loudspeakers. Rear passengers also have their own 14-inch screen integrated into a super-long overhead console.
