Malaysia's car production saw a significant increase in July, with a total of 66,862 units produced. This marked a 15.18% rise from the previous month's production of 58,051 units, according to the Malaysian Automotive Association (MAA). Compared to the same period last year, car production in Malaysia also showed a substantial growth of 28.43%, with 52,061 units produced a year ago.
From January to July, the overall industry production in Malaysia experienced a positive trend, with a growth rate of 16.06%. The total number of units produced during this period reached 429,397, compared to 369,994 units produced in the same period the year before.
