1989 Fiat Panda 4x4, one of the last 11 on UK roads

The Fiat Panda is a car that has captured the hearts of many, including Moogan, who was tempted by it. As soon as the Panda arrived home, Moogan began restoring it, and now it is in perfect condition after a complete mechanical overhaul.
