An Audi car has been discovered submerged in water on West Beach in North Berwick, East Lothian. The locals were surprised to find the vehicle in this unusual position on Friday morning. The black Audi was stuck on the slipway of the beach, facing towards the sand.

The circumstances behind how the car ended up in the water remain unknown. However, the North Berwick Coastguard Rescue Team is currently working to remove the vehicle from its watery predicament. The team reassured the public that no individuals were in danger as a result of this peculiar incident. Plans have been put in place to recover the car.

A spokesperson for the North Berwick Coastguard Rescue Team stated, "There is currently a vehicle stranded on the slipway at North Berwick West Beach. The relevant services have been notified, and arrangements are being made to recover the car. There is no immediate danger to any individuals."
