Celebrating Bugatti's Legacy: The Unique Chiron

The Bugatti Chiron Super Sport Golden Era has been unveiled as a unique and meticulously adorned tribute to the brand's rich history. Designed at the request of a highly esteemed customer, this special edition showcases Bugatti's iconic W16 engine and pays homage to the legendary models that have solidified the brand's status as a leading luxury manufacturer.

The standout feature of this edition is the hand-drawn mural that adorns the car, featuring 45 historic Bugatti models. The creation of this intricate artwork took over 400 hours, a process that Bugatti itself described as "extremely intimidating". The ink used was specifically developed for durability, ensuring that the mural will last for the lifetime of the vehicle.

The passenger door of the car showcases 26 significant Bugatti models, including the Type 41 Royale, which was hailed as the world's most luxurious car upon its launch in 1926. Also featured is the Type 57 SC Atlantic, a personal favorite of Achim Anscheidt, Bugatti's former design director who oversaw the creation of this special edition.

On the driver's side, the car depicts the "modern" era of Bugatti, featuring sketches of the EB110, Veyron, and Chiron models. Additionally, as a nod to the brand's signature 16-cylinder engine, the doors of the car are adorned with sketches of the 3712 components that make up the engine.

The entire car is finished in a striking two-tone color scheme, combining Doré gold and Nocturne black. This combination adds to the overall elegance and exclusivity of the Bugatti Chiron Super Sport Golden Era.

Achim Anscheidt, who recently retired as Bugatti's chief designer, expressed his admiration for the creativity of Bugatti's customers and the brand's commitment to bringing their dreams to life. He noted that extensive special commissions like this are incredibly rare, with only one or two projects of this scale undertaken each year.
