Cybertruck Hauls Trailer
【Summary】Tesla Cybertruck was spotted towing a trailer, indicating its capability for towing. The exact specifications of the pickup truck are still unknown, but it was observed handling the towing smoothly and silently. The size of the Cybertruck was also compared to other vehicles and found to be similar to the Rivian R1T.
Tesla Cybertruck was recently seen towing a trailer, showcasing its capability for towing. While the specifications of the pickup truck have not been officially released by the company, it is reassuring to see that it can handle towing with ease.
The Tesla Cybertruck still remains somewhat of a mystery. Although we have seen its exterior and interior, the exact characteristics of the pickup truck are still unknown. While we can refer to what Tesla advertised during the Cybertruck presentation, it is important to note that there have been significant changes made to the truck since then, which will likely impact its capabilities.
Despite the remaining uncertainties, recent videos posted by @omg_tesla/X confirm that the Cybertruck is indeed capable of towing. The videos show the pickup truck moving smoothly and silently, although it is unclear if the trailer was loaded and how much it weighed. The sighting took place near the Tesla factory in Fremont, California.
In addition to the towing capability, @omg_tesla also made an interesting observation regarding the size of the Cybertruck. As the final size of the truck has not been officially announced, consumers are curious about its dimensions. However, based on a sighting at a Supercharger at Giga Texas, the Cybertruck appears to fit well within the designated parking space. It is wider than the Model Y parked next to it, but considerably longer. Despite its size, the Cybertruck did not cause any tension or interfere with nearby vehicles. @omg_tesla, who also drove the Rivian R1T, noted that both pickup trucks are approximately the same size.
