A Chinese company that specializes in producing electric vehicles is planning to open a service center in Bishkek, the capital city of Kyrgyzstan. This announcement came after a meeting between Akylbek Japarov, the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, and Ivan Cao, the Deputy Chairman of BYD Co Ltd, during Japarov's recent visit to the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of China.
