Ironies abound in our evolving love-hate affair with the electric car. September brought forth a couple of interesting contradictions. Firstly, Europeans seem to believe in climate action more passionately than Americans. However, when it comes to electric vehicles, Europe's political battles are expected to be messier than those in the U.S. This is surprising considering that Europe is known for its belief in the free market, which apparently surpasses that of America.
