Hyundai Ioniq 6 N: Unleashing Superior Power

Hyundai is set to introduce another electric model to its N lineup, following the success of the Ioniq 5 N. The upcoming model, known as the Hyundai Ioniq 6 N, is expected to be even more powerful than its predecessor.

At Hyundai's N Day event in the summer of 2022, the company officially announced that the Ioniq 5 would be the first electric N model. Just last month, the Ioniq 5 was unveiled, featuring an 84kWh battery and two electric motors producing 600bhp and 545lb/ft of torque. When the 'N Grin Boost' mode is engaged, the power is further enhanced.

The Ioniq 5 N comes equipped with various electronic features to deliver impressive performance, including a drift mode. It can accelerate from 0 to 62mph in just 3.4 seconds, providing an engaging driving experience for an electric vehicle.

During Hyundai's 2022 N Day event, the concept RN22e was also showcased, giving a glimpse of what could be the Ioniq 6 N. Although the concept had Motorsport enhancements, it hinted at Hyundai's plans for another high-performance electric vehicle.

According to Drive, the Hyundai Ioniq 6 is scheduled to launch in 2025. It is expected to surpass the Ioniq 5 N's 641bhp (with Grin) and offer a lower ride height and improved aerodynamics. These enhancements will likely result in a quicker and more efficient driving experience compared to the Ioniq 5 N.
