【Summary】The former Continental Russia plant has been renamed Cordiant Kaluga following its acquisition by S8 Capital. The new name became effective on August 17, 2023, and the facility will focus on tyre production in Kaluga.

Following the acquisition of Continental AG's assets in Russia by holding company S8 Capital, the tyre manufacturing facility in Kaluga has been rebranded as Cordiant Kaluga. The name change became official on August 17, 2023. Cordiant Kaluga will now be responsible for tyre production at the former Continental plant, located approximately 100 miles southwest of Moscow.
