Imagine Upcoming Alfa Romeo Model Unveiling

The Australian arm of Alfa Romeo is inviting fans to use artificial intelligence to create their dream car. While the upcoming model is expected to be a mid-engined supercar inspired by the Alfa Romeo 33 Stradale from 1967, the fictional models can be anything fans desire. The brand's website provides examples such as low-slung supercars, grand tourers, sedans, and coupe SUVs to inspire participants. Fans can submit 6 keywords describing their dream car and the desired environment, and Alfa Romeo Australia will use AI to generate renderings based on the submissions.

Alfa Romeo has been secretive about the details of the upcoming model, only releasing cryptic teasers of the grille, taillight, and steering wheel. It is speculated that the car may share underpinnings with the Maserati MC20, which features a carbon-fiber monocoque. The engine could potentially be the twin-turbo 2.9-liter V6 from the Giulia GTA. Reports suggest that the model will be named the 33, have a top speed of 333 km/h (206 mph), and be limited to 33 units with a price tag of over €1 million ($1.1 million).

All questions will be answered next week during the big unveiling at the Alfa Romeo Museum in Italy, where the original source of inspiration is housed.
