Maeving RM1S: A Speedy Innovation

Maeving is preparing to launch a new and improved version of its RM1 electric motorcycle, called the RM1S. This announcement was made through a message sent to existing Maeving customers on August 22, 2023. The message revealed that the RM1S will have a top speed of 65mph, which is 20mph faster than the standard model.

The message emphasized that the RM1S is the fastest and most powerful electric motorcycle offered by Maeving. It also mentioned that the company wanted to inform customers who had previously expressed interest in a faster model about the upcoming launch.

Unfortunately, for those who did not express interest in a faster model, they will have to wait a little longer than the customers who received the message to access the pre-order page.

The original Maeving RM1 was launched last year as the first model from the Coventry-based manufacturer. It was designed with a retro-styled look to evoke nostalgia for the motorcycle manufacturing heritage of the English Midlands, especially Coventry where Maeving is located.

Regarding the newly revealed RM1S, apart from the increased top speed of 65mph, not much is known about its specifications. It can be expected that the higher top speed indicates a more powerful motor, potentially with increased torque. However, details about its weight and chassis specifications remain unclear.

There is a possibility that the RM1S will have a more sporty appearance, but any information beyond the top speed at this point is purely speculative.

For more information, interested individuals can visit the Maeving website to learn more about the standard RM1. Additionally, there is a review available for the Maeving RM1 (2022) Electric Motorcycle, which provides insights into the motorcycle of the future.
