The Maserati MC20 Cielo modified by Mansory may not be completely ridiculous, but it does have a bold and brash appearance. While the average person may not notice the changes, there are many modifications both inside and out. Starting with the front bumper, Mansory has added various unnecessary add-ons such as side flicks, modified grille, and a generously sized apron. The front hood and headlamps have also been altered with additional trim. Moving to the sides of the car, aftermarket enhancements can be seen on the doors, including side skirt attachments, rear vent surrounds, and extra trim on the rear quarter panels. The rear end features a large wing, a new diffuser with an integrated brake light, and side attachments.

Mansory has replaced all of the original emblems with its own logo, including those at the front, rear, and sides of the car. Additionally, the Maserati MC20 Cielo is equipped with the FV.5 wheel set, which complements the overall look. Inside the car, Mansory's signature can be seen on various components such as the headrests, seatbelts, steering wheel, entry sills, and floor mats. The cockpit has a bi-tone look with black suede and yellow accents. The paddle shifters feature the Italian flag motif, adding a touch of flair.

Under the hood, the twin-turbo 3.0-liter V6 engine produces 621 hp (630 ps/463 kW) and 538 lb-ft (730 Nm) of torque. However, Mansory has made significant upgrades to the Nettuno engine in the MC20 Cielo, boosting its power to 710 hp (720 ps/530 kW) and 627 lb-ft (850 Nm) of torque. As a result, the car can accelerate from 0-62 mph (0-100 kph) in just 2.7 seconds, three-tenths faster than the stock version, and has a top speed of 205 mph (330 kph), a six mph (10 kph) improvement. Mansory claims that their modified MC20 Cielo has a fuel efficiency equivalent to 19.4 US mpg (12.1 l/100 km) and emits 288 g/km of CO2.
