Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford was involved in a serious car crash after the club's game against Burnley on Saturday night, as reported. The incident occurred when Rashford was leaving United's Carrington training base and his £700,000 Rolls-Royce collided with a traffic island.

The crash happened just hours after United's 1-0 victory over Burnley at Turf Moor. Fortunately, Rashford was shaken but not injured in the accident, according to the newspaper. Pictures shared on social media displayed a dent in the car and debris scattered across the road.

Although police were called to Carrington Spur, no arrests were made and no ambulances were required. Rashford's teammate Bruno Fernandes reportedly stopped to offer assistance after driving past the scene.

The Standard has reached out to Greater Manchester Police and Rashford's representatives for comment on the incident. It is worth noting that Rashford is said to own three Rolls-Royces, including the £700,000 Black Badge Wraith involved in the crash, a £390,000 Black Badge Cullinan, and a £560,000 Cullinan Blue Shadow.

Prior to the match, Rashford expressed the importance of securing a victory, stating that it would be a "game-changer" for the club. Manchester United had previously suffered three consecutive losses. Rashford acknowledged the challenging situation and emphasized the need for results to regain happiness and consistency.
