【Summary】Continental AG's plant in Russia has been renamed Cordiant Kaluga after being acquired by S8 Capital. The facility, located in Kaluga, will focus on tyre production.

Following the acquisition of Continental AG's assets in Russia by holding company S8 Capital, the tyre manufacturing facility, LLC Continental Kaluga, has undergone a name change. It is now known as LLC Cordiant Kaluga, with the new legal name taking effect on 17 August 2023. This business will primarily focus on tyre production at the former Continental plant located in Kaluga, which is approximately 100 miles southwest of Moscow.
