With the acquisition of Continental AG's assets in Russia by S8 Capital, the tyre manufacturing facility, LLC Continental Kaluga, has undergone a name change. It is now known as LLC Cordiant Kaluga. This change in legal name became effective on 17 August 2023. The primary focus of the business will be the production of tyres at the former Continental plant in Kaluga, which is located approximately 100 miles southwest of Moscow.
