Swift's 4 Series motorhomes unveiled
【Summary】Swift has launched its new 4 Series motorhomes, which are available on a 3,500kg chassis suitable for standard car licenses. Priced under £70,000, the motorhomes have a comprehensive spec and a short options list. Standard equipment includes external cold water shower, solar panel, reversing camera, Isofix on rear seats, and a 10-year bodyshell warranty. The Ford base vehicle also comes fully equipped with various features.
Introducing the new Voyager 4 Series motorhomes, available on a 3,500kg chassis suitable for standard Class B car licenses. With prices starting under £70,000, these motorhomes offer great value for money. At 7.54m long, they are a typical size for fixed bed motorhomes.
Despite their affordable price tags, the new vehicles come with a comprehensive spec and a limited options list. The only factory-fit extras are the automatic transmission and SwiftShield soft furnishings. However, your dealer can add an awning, bike rack, and roof air-conditioning if desired.
The 4 Series range includes a range of standard equipment. This includes an external cold water shower, an outside barbecue point, a habitation door with window and central locking, a 100W solar panel, a reversing camera, cab blinds, Isofix on rear seats, and Duvalay Duvalite Alto mattresses with memory fibre for increased airflow and comfortable sleeping. Other features include a 133-litre automatic energy selection fridge with a removable freezer section, a Thetford Triplex cooker with mains hotplate, a dual-fuel Truma Combi with Crash Sensor Mono for en route use of the heating, a Winter Pack with tank heaters for the underslung fresh and waste tanks, the VIN Chip identification system to deter theft, and a 10-year bodyshell warranty.
The Ford base vehicle comes with all the necessary kit. This includes a 155bhp motor, a Magnetic Grey cab with a color-coded bumper, a Zenec Xzent infotainment system with a 12-inch touchscreen, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, air-conditioning, cruise control, ESC with Load adaptive Control and Roll Stability Control, stop/start functionality, and front fog lamps.
