Turkish electric car TOGG to be exported to Europe by early 2025

Türkiye's Turkiye Automotive Initiative Group (TOGG) has announced plans to export primary electric vehicle production to Europe in the first quarter of 2025, according to Azernews. Gurkan Karakas, the head of TOGG, revealed that the current production rate is 100 automobiles per day. However, in September, the production is set to expand to 170 cars per day. By implementing a two-shift operation, the company aims to produce 28,000 cars within 12 months, with the possibility of doubling this figure next month.
Karakas also shared that by 2026, TOGG plans to reach an annual output of 100,000 cars. This ambitious goal will be achieved by utilizing new state-of-the-art facilities. The company's commitment to innovation and growth demonstrates its determination to establish itself as a major player in the electric vehicle market.
