2023 Honda CB200X price unveiled at Rs 1.47 lakh
【Summary】Honda has launched the 2023 CB200X at a price of Rs 1.47 lakh. It comes with a special 10-year warranty package and features an OBD2 compliant engine, new body graphics, and a new assist & slipper clutch. The bike has a fully digital instrument panel, all-LED lighting system, and comes in three color schemes. It is powered by a 184.40cc engine and has a suspension setup with disc brakes and ABS. The CB200X weighs 147 kg and has a seat height of 810mm.
Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) has recently launched the 2023 CB200X, an adventure tourer, with an attractive price tag of Rs 1.47 lakh (ex-showroom). This latest version of the CB200X comes with an OBD2 compliant engine and new body graphics.
Yogesh Mathur, Director of Sales and Marketing at HMSI, expressed his satisfaction with the launch of the 2023 CB200X. He mentioned that the motorcycle is equipped with an OBD2 compliant engine, stylish graphics, and a new assist & slipper clutch. He further added that the CB200X urban explorer is a result of continuous improvement in the 180-200cc motorcycle segment, catering to the aspirations of the new-age customers.
While the design of the CB200X remains largely unchanged, Honda has given it a fresh look with new paint options and graphics. The bike is now available in three color schemes: Pearl Nightstar Black, Sports Red, and the new Decent Blue Metallic.
In terms of features, the CB200X boasts a fully digital instrument panel with customizable brightness levels. It includes a speedometer, odometer, tachometer, fuel gauge, twin trip meters, battery voltmeter, gear position indicator, and a clock. The motorcycle also features an all-LED lighting system.
Under the hood, the CB200X is powered by a 184.40cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that produces 17 bhp at 8,500 rpm and a peak torque of 15.9 Nm at 6,000 rpm. The engine is now OBD2 compliant and meets the new BS6.2 emission regulations. It is paired with a 5-speed gearbox that incorporates a new slip-and-assist clutch.
In terms of hardware, the CB200X is equipped with golden-colored upside-down front forks and a rear monoshock for suspension. It features petal disc brakes at the front and rear, supported by a single-channel ABS for enhanced safety. The motorcycle has a seat height of 810mm and a ground clearance of 167mm. It weighs in at 147 kg.
