2025 Audi SQ5 Receives a Refresh

The 2025 Audi SQ5 has been spotted once again, this time sporting a redesigned look. The prototype, dressed in camouflage, reveals a more curvaceous front end with slimmer headlights and a larger lower intake. The side intakes now feature a single horizontal bar with a honeycomb mesh insert. The overall bodywork of the crossover has also been updated with subtle curves and a longer wheelbase.
At the rear, the redesigned SQ5 showcases slender taillights with eye-catching graphics. The liftgate has been given a modernized design with more expressive detailing. The sportier rear bumper is accompanied by a familiar four-tailpipe exhaust system.
Inside the cabin, previous spy photos have shown a tiered dashboard and a new steering wheel. The digital instrument cluster and larger infotainment system with a squared off display are also expected. The center stack will feature slender air vents and new switchgear, creating a minimalist look. A minimalist shifter will also be included.
As for performance, details remain unknown. However, the current SQ5 is equipped with a turbocharged 3.0-liter six-cylinder engine that produces 349 hp and 369 lb-ft of torque. This engine is paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission, allowing the US-spec SQ5 to accelerate from 0-60 mph in 4.7 seconds and reach a top speed of 155 mph. In Europe, the SQ5 is powered by a 3.0-liter TDI engine that delivers 336 hp and 516 lb-ft of torque, enabling it to reach 62 mph in 5.1 seconds.
Overall, the redesigned SQ5 showcases a more stylish exterior, a revamped interior, and impressive performance capabilities.
