AA Insurance Services expands collaboration with Europcar Mobility

AA Insurance Services has announced the renewal and extension of its partnership with Europcar Mobility Group UK for an additional five years. This partnership allows Europcar to provide direct hire vehicle replacement services to AA Insurance policyholders and AA members while their vehicles are being repaired.

Tim Rankin, the managing director of AA Accident Assist, expressed his confidence in Europcar as a trusted mobility provider. James Roberts, the head of insurance sales at Europcar Mobility Group UK, highlighted the close collaboration between Europcar and AA Insurance Services over the past four years. Together, they have developed a tailored proposition to ensure that customers receive the best replacement vehicle service possible. Roberts emphasized the importance of insurance providers having access to a wide range of quality vehicles to offer like-for-like replacements during the repair process.
