Adam Driver is set to star as Italian sports car entrepreneur Enzo Ferrari in Michael Mann's new film, Ferrari. The acclaimed filmmaker has assembled a stellar cast for this racing drama, including Penelope Cruz as Ferrari's wife Laura, Shailene Woodley as his mistress Lina Lardi, and Patrick Dempsey as driver Piero Taruffi. Driver, known for his role in Star Wars, is seen as the older Ferrari, sporting a grey wig and wearing black sunglasses and sharp grey suits.

The trailer for Ferrari has received praise from fans, with many commenting on Driver's incredible transformation for the role. The film is set in 1957 and follows Ferrari's story leading up to the infamous Mille Miglia race. The trailer features scenes of Ferrari observing sports cars on the track, as well as domestic scenes between Driver and Cruz and Driver and Woodley. The film is set to premiere at the Venice Film Festival and Driver will be in attendance, thanks to an interim agreement with Sag-Aftra.

Ferrari is being distributed by Neon in the US and will hit UK cinemas on December 26, before arriving on Sky Cinema in 2024.
