Akroyd & Chase team up for 'Undead City'
【Summary】In the comedy horror 'Zombie Town,' Amy and Mike discover a secret after watching a film reel, turning their town into zombies. They must find a filmmaker (Dan Akroyd) and break the curse. Directed by Peter Lepeniotis, the movie stars Chevy Chase and Henry Czerny. US release on September 1st.
The first trailer has just been released for the upcoming comedy horror film 'Zombie Town,' which is based on the popular 2012 novel by R.L. Stine, known for his works such as 'Goosebumps' and 'Fear Street'.
In the movie, two main characters named Amy, played by Madi Monroe, and Mike, played by Marlon Kazadi, stumble upon a long-hidden secret when they decide to watch a mysterious and exclusive film reel. Little do they know, their quiet town quickly becomes overrun with the undead, turning everyone into zombies right before their eyes.
Now, Amy and Mike must embark on a mission to find a notorious filmmaker, portrayed by Dan Akroyd, who may hold the key to breaking the curse. With a town full of hungry zombies standing in their way, the duo must race against time to save their community from complete destruction.
The film is directed by Peter Lepeniotis and features a talented cast including Chevy Chase, Henry Czerny, and Scott Thompson and Bruce McCulloch, both known for their work on 'Kids in the Hall'.
In addition to the 'Zombie Town' trailer, another exciting movie trailer has been released. 'My Animal' is a film that explores the complexities of love and relationships, showing that they don't always run smoothly.
