Akroyd & Chase team up in preview for 'Undead City'

The first trailer has been released for the upcoming comedy horror film 'Zombie Town,' which is based on the 2012 novel by renowned author R.L. Stine, known for his works such as 'Goosebumps' and 'Fear Street'.

In the movie, two main characters named Amy, portrayed by Madi Monroe, and Mike, played by Marlon Kazadi, stumble upon a long-hidden secret when they decide to watch a rare and exclusive film reel. To their horror, their once peaceful town is suddenly overrun by hordes of zombies. In order to save themselves and their community, the duo embarks on a quest to find a notorious filmmaker, portrayed by Dan Akroyd, and unravel the mystery behind the curse before it's too late.

'Zombie Town' is directed by Peter Lepeniotis and features a talented cast including Chevy Chase, Henry Czerny, and veterans of the popular comedy sketch show 'Kids in the Hall,' Scott Thompson, and Bruce McCulloch.

Alongside the release of the 'Zombie Town' trailer, another film called 'My Animal' has also debuted its trailer. This movie explores the complexities of love and relationships.

'Zombie Town' is set to hit cinemas in the United States on September 1st, offering audiences an exciting blend of comedy and horror.
