"We are currently at the entrance of the Agdam-Askaran-Khankandi road," announced Hikmet Hajiyev, an Azerbaijani presidential aide. He further explained that a group of diplomats and international journalists were present to witness the road's functionality. Additionally, two trucks filled with food cargo, specifically flour, were delivered by the Red Crescent Society of Azerbaijan.
