Car Crash: Director Told to Join Probe; Advocate Blames Truck Driver
【Summary】Rolls-Royce Car Crash: Kuber Group director Vikas Malu has been asked to join the police probe into the accident. His advocate blames the truck driver for taking an illegal U-turn, causing the collision. Malu, who was seriously injured, was not driving the car but was a passenger during a test drive. This incident follows allegations by Malu's second wife that he murdered actor Satish Kaushik at his farmhouse.
The Nuh police has issued a notice to Vikas Malu, the director of Kuber Group, to join the investigation in the car accident that occurred on the Delhi-Mumbai-Baroda Expressway in Haryana. The accident involved a truck and a Rolls-Royce car, resulting in the death of two individuals. The police formed a special investigation team (SIT) to look into the case, and new evidence suggests that the luxury car rear-ended the fuel truck while speeding.
Among the three people in the Rolls-Royce, Vikas Malu was also seriously injured in the crash. His advocate, Rajesh Kumar Thakur, has confirmed the notice and stated that Malu will cooperate with the investigation once he is discharged from the hospital, which is expected to be in a week.
Advocate Thakur holds the truck driver responsible for the accident, claiming that the driver took an illegal U-turn, leading to the collision. He emphasized, "The truck driver is at fault for the accident because he took an illegal U-turn which ultimately caused the collision."
When asked if Malu was driving the car, Thakur clarified that Malu was not driving and that his driver was behind the wheel. They were traveling to Jaipur with three people in the car on August 22.
Thakur also stated that the car was not exceeding the prescribed speed limit of 100-120 km/hour. He explained that Malu took the car for a test drive before purchasing it, with an expert driver operating the vehicle. Malu was present in the car to observe its performance.

Kaushik passed away on March 9 while on his way to the hospital after feeling unconscious at Vikas Malu's farmhouse in Delhi.
