Former Continental Russia plant renamed

Following the acquisition of Continental AG's assets in Russia by holding company S8 Capital, the tyre manufacturing facility known as LLC Continental Kaluga has undergone a name change. The new legal name, LLC Cordiant Kaluga, officially took effect on 17 August 2023. As part of its operations, the company will primarily focus on tyre production at the former Continental plant located in Kaluga, which is situated approximately 100 miles southwest of Moscow.
