Imagine Alfa Romeo's Upcoming Model Unveiling

The Australian arm of Alfa Romeo has launched a campaign that allows fans to use artificial intelligence to create their dream Alfa Romeo model. While the upcoming model is expected to be a mid-engined supercar inspired by the Alfa Romeo 33 Stradale, fans can let their imagination run wild and create any type of Alfa Romeo they desire. The brand's website provides examples of low-slung supercars, grand tourers, sedans, and even a coupe SUV.

To participate, fans need to comment on Alfa Romeo Australia's Instagram post with six keywords describing their dream Alfa Romeo model and the desired environment. Alfa Romeo Australia will then use artificial intelligence to generate renderings based on the submissions and share the best results on their Instagram profile.

While details about the upcoming model are scarce, teasers have shown glimpses of the grille, taillight, and steering wheel. The underpinnings of the model could be shared with the Maserati MC20, which features a carbon-fiber monocoque. Speculation suggests that the engine could be the twin-turbo 2.9-liter V6 from the Giulia GTA. Reports also indicate that the model will be named the Alfa Romeo 33, have a top speed of 333 km/h (206 mph), and be produced in a limited quantity of 33 units with a price tag of over €1 million ($1.1 million).

All of our questions will be answered next week when Alfa Romeo unveils the model at the Alfa Romeo Museum in Italy, where the original inspiration for the car is kept. Stay tuned for more information.
