Kia EV5 Unveiled with Revolutionary Design
【Summary】Kia has unveiled the EV5, a compact electric vehicle inspired by nature and contemporary architecture. The car features dramatic LED lighting, a digital 'Tiger Face' grille, and unique Signature Star Map Lighting. It shares design elements with the larger EV9, including flush-fitting door handles and a rising beltline. The taillights stretch across the body, and the car comes in a range of glossy and matte colors.
Inspired by the interplay between natural landscapes and contemporary architecture, the EV5 is a smaller version of the EV9. It is similar in size to the Sportage and features dramatic LED lighting that wraps around the upright front fascia and below the hood. Instead of a traditional grille, Kia's digital 'Tiger Face' is used, and the three-dimensional Signature Star Map Lighting is inspired by star-studded constellations. Just like the EV9, the EV5 has flush-fitting door handles and a rising beltline from the C-pillar. It also has wide shoulder lines, powerful fenders, and pushed-back D-pillars.
At the back, the taillights of the EV5 stretch almost entirely across the body, unlike the EV9 which has taillights positioned high up alongside the back window. Additionally, the EV5 has a lowered spoiler and a skid plate equipped lower down. Buyers will have the option to choose from nine glossy colors and one matte shade for their EV5.
