Neighbour's Porsche ruined after driving through garden

A social media user recently shared a story on Reddit about their neighbor's entitled behavior and how they took revenge. The neighbor, named Richard, would drive through the user's garden to park his cars, even going beyond the separation line of the two houses. Fed up with this inconsiderate behavior, the user decided to take action.

The user explained that their parents had lived in the same house for 50 years, with various neighbors on the north side. One neighbor, a hermit named Elenore, had never caused any problems. However, when Richard bought the property, things took a turn for the worse.

One day, the user returned home to find Richard cutting down bushes on their property. The user and their father confronted Richard, informing him that those bushes belonged to them and they were not happy about it. They suggested that Richard could use the curb cut on the other side of his house to access his backyard, as the original builder had intended. But Richard didn't care and proceeded to remove the bushes.

With the bushes gone, Richard began driving his cars through the user's property and into the backyard. The neighbors tried to reason with Richard, but he showed complete disregard for their concerns. Frustrated, they decided to install a metal fence to mark the property line and prevent Richard from damaging their lawn.

The user and their father placed the metal fence posts 5 inches on their side of the property line, making it difficult for Richard to maneuver his cars past them. When Richard returned home and saw the fence, he became angry and started cursing and yelling. In his attempt to get one of his cars out, he ended up damaging the side of the car.

Not only did Richard damage his own car, but he also caused the newly installed fence to lean toward the user's property. The neighbors called the police and Richard was given a ticket for damaging their property. The Reddit post received praise from other users, who agreed that Richard's behavior was unacceptable.

One user even suggested that the neighbors should have sued over the bushes, mentioning the "tree law crowd." Another user humorously commented that they had never met a Richard who wasn't a complete tool.
