Neighbour's Porsche ruined in revenge for driving through garden

A social media user has gained praise for taking revenge on his entitled neighbor who would drive through his garden to park his cars. The neighbor, named Richard, used to park his Porsche in the backyard and would drive beyond the separation line of the two houses to do so. However, the user's next-door neighbor, tired of Richard's inconsiderate behavior, decided to take action to prevent it from happening.

According to the user, his parents had lived in the same house for 50 years, with three neighbors on the north side during that time. The first neighbor was a hermit named Elenore, who passed away when the user was in high school. After Elenore, Richard bought the property.

One day, the user returned home to find Richard cutting down the bushes on his property, claiming they were one foot into their property. This shocked the user and his father, as their previous neighbor Elenore never had a problem with it. They confronted Richard, but he didn't seem to care and insisted that he needed to cut down the bushes to access his backyard for his cars. The user's father suggested that Richard could use the curb cut out on the other side of his house for easy access, as the original builder intended. However, Richard stormed off and the next day, the bushes were gone.

With the bushes gone, Richard began driving his cars through their property and into the backyard for the night. The frustrated neighbors decided to install a metal fence to mark the property line and prevent Richard from ruining their lawn. They placed the metal fence posts 5 inches on their side of the property line, making it difficult for Richard to get anything past them.

When Richard returned home and saw the new fence, he became angry and could be heard cursing and yelling for hours. He managed to get one of his cars out, but not without causing serious damage to the side of the car. In addition to damaging his own car, Richard's actions also caused the newly installed fence to lean toward the neighbors' property. The neighbors called the police and Richard was given a ticket for damaging their property.

Users on Reddit praised the courageous neighbors for standing up to Richard's behavior, with many agreeing that his actions were out of line. Some even suggested taking legal action over the bushes, while others shared their negative experiences with people named Richard.
