Open-Top Electric Hypercar With 1,877 HP

Pininfarina made a big splash at Monterey Car Week with the unveiling of their latest creation. This new hypercar is a roofless beauty that comes with a hefty price tag of $4.78 million. Only 10 of these handcrafted rides will be made, making it an exclusive and highly sought-after vehicle.

The B95, as it is called, showcases Pininfarina's new PURA design philosophy. It combines classic proportions and intricate detailing with cutting-edge technology, resulting in a stunning retro-futuristic style. The body of the car is finished in a glossy Bronzo Superga paint with gold metallic flakes, complemented by black exposed carbon detailing and forged aluminum wheels.

One unique feature of the B95 is its lack of a traditional windshield. Instead, it is equipped with "the world's first electronically adjustable aero screens." These clear polycarbonate panels, inspired by vintage fighter planes, can be raised or lowered by the driver. They not only add to the car's minimalist design but also ensure that fast-moving air is directed over and above the passengers, providing both comfort and an exhilarating open-top driving experience.

Under the hood, the B95 boasts the same powertrain as the Battista hyper GT, but with some tuning by Pininfarina. It is powered by four individual motors that allow it to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in less than two seconds and reach a top speed of 186 mph. The car is equipped with a 120 kWh lithium-ion battery that can be rapidly charged from 20 to 80 percent capacity in just 25 minutes using a DC fast charger.

Step inside the B95, and you'll be greeted by a luxurious interior featuring tan leather upholstery and a sculptural dashboard. The race seats are designed to curve around the passengers, providing both comfort and support. Black aluminum accents further enhance the seamless integration between the interior and exterior of the car.

What sets each of the 10 B95 examples apart is the ability for collectors to customize their ride. From laser-engraved aluminum door plates to bespoke helmets, owners can personalize their hypercar to their exact preferences. This level of customization adds an extra layer of exclusivity and individuality to an already exceptional vehicle.
