【Summary】S8 Capital acquires Continental AG assets in Russia, renames tyre manufacturing facility in Kaluga to Cordiant Kaluga. Responsible for tyre production at former Continental plant.

Following the acquisition of Continental AG's assets in Russia by holding company S8 Capital, the tyre manufacturing facility in Kaluga has undergone a name change. The facility is now known as Cordiant Kaluga, effective from 17 August 2023. As part of the acquisition, Cordiant Kaluga will be primarily responsible for tyre production at the former Continental plant, located approximately 100 miles southwest of Moscow.
