An unfortunate accident occurred on the Delhi-Mumbai-Baroda Expressway near Gurugram, resulting in the death of an oil tanker driver and his helper. At the same time, three individuals in a Rolls-Royce were injured in the collision.

The incident took place on Tuesday afternoon when the tanker, driving on the wrong side of the road, crashed into the luxury car near Umri village. The impact caused the limousine to catch fire immediately, but fortunately, all five occupants were rescued in time by their relatives who were following closely in another vehicle.

The deceased have been identified as Rampreet and Kuldeep, both residents of Uttar Pradesh and employed as the tanker driver and helper respectively.

The three injured individuals, residents of Chandigarh and Delhi, have been identified as Divya, Tasbir, and Vikas. They are currently receiving medical treatment at Gurugram's Medanta Hospital.

Upon receiving the information about the accident, the police arrived at the scene. Assistant Sub-Inspector Ashok Kumar, the investigating officer, stated that an FIR will be registered once the statements of the injured are recorded. The family members of the victims have been informed about the accident.
