Bugatti Chiron's Unique Celebration

The Bugatti Chiron Super Sport Golden Era has been revealed as a unique and meticulously decorated tribute to the brand's rich history. Designed specifically for a "very important" customer, this special edition honors Bugatti's iconic W16 engine and the legendary models that have made the brand synonymous with luxury.

The standout feature of this one-off creation is a hand-drawn mural showcasing 45 historic Bugatti models. The creation of this intricate artwork took over 400 hours, a task that Bugatti described as "extremely intimidating". To ensure its longevity, the ink used for the mural was specially developed for durability, promising to last the lifetime of the car.

On the passenger door, you can find depictions of 26 cars, including the Type 41 Royale, which was hailed as the world's most luxurious car upon its launch in 1926. Also featured is the Type 57 SC Atlantic, a personal favorite of Achim Anscheidt, Bugatti's former design director who oversaw this project.

Representing the "modern" era of Bugatti, the driver's side showcases sketches of the EB110, Veyron, and Chiron itself. As a tribute to Bugatti's 16-cylinder engine, which has been a staple for the past two decades, the doors of the car also display sketches of the 3712 components that make up the engine.

The entire car is adorned in a striking two-tone color scheme, with Doré gold and Nocturne black creating a visually captivating contrast. Achim Anscheidt, who recently retired as Bugatti's chief designer, expressed his pride in helping customers bring their creative visions to life. He also noted that extensive special commissions like this are incredibly rare, with only one or two creations of this scale typically seen each year.
