Malaysia's car production saw a significant increase in July, with a total of 66,862 units being produced. This marked a 15.18% rise from the previous month's production of 58,051 units in June. The Malaysian Automotive Association (MAA) reported that the country's car production also experienced a year-on-year growth of 28.43%, compared to 52,061 units produced in July of the previous year.

From January to July, the total industry production in Malaysia witnessed a growth of 16.06%, reaching 429,397 units as compared to 369,994 units produced during the same period the previous year. These figures indicate a positive trend in the Malaysian automotive industry.
