Red Corporate Driver Training has recently launched a new platform called SafetyFirst, which focuses on driver, compliance, and risk management. This online platform is designed to support fleet management by providing a cloud-based support system accessible on desktop, tablet, or mobile devices.
One of the key features of SafetyFirst is its ability to provide real-time status updates on all drivers within a fleet. Additionally, it stores important information about each driver, including their training courses, risk scores, and learning journey. The platform also manages the license checking function.
For drivers, SafetyFirst offers the convenience of holding policies and paperwork digitally, ensuring that they are always aware of their requirements and compliance. Moreover, the platform can also store information about vehicles, such as upcoming MOT and tax dates, and generate reports.
In the case of the grey fleet, SafetyFirst enables fleet managers to verify that drivers using their own vehicles for business purposes have declared and refreshed their insurance, service, license, and tax status. The platform also stores the records of these drivers.
Seb Goldin, the CEO of Red Corporate Driver Training, emphasized that SafetyFirst was specifically developed to streamline the management of fleet information and provide essential data when needed. He further highlighted that SafetyFirst is an integral part of Red's mission to provide comprehensive risk, compliance, vehicle, and driver management for all types of employees and vehicles.
Goldin also explained that managing risk, compliance, vehicles, and drivers more effectively can lead to cost savings and improved operational efficiency for businesses. SafetyFirst is intended to be a vital component of any fleet operation.
