Renaming Former Continental Russia Plant

Following the acquisition of Continental AG's assets in Russia, the tyre manufacturing facility in Kaluga has undergone a significant change. With the holding company S8 Capital now in control, the facility has been renamed LLC Cordiant Kaluga. This change in legal name became effective on August 17, 2023.
Under the new ownership, LLC Cordiant Kaluga will primarily focus on tyre production at the former Continental plant. Located approximately 100 miles southwest of Moscow, the plant in Kaluga has a strategic advantage in terms of its proximity to the capital city.
