Renault Group and Volvo Group have announced a new partnership to develop electric vans. Joining the partnership is CMA CGM, and together they will build vehicles on a new fully-electric LCV skateboard platform. This platform is designed to provide a high level of modularity to support different vehicle body types.

The partnership claims that the new vehicles will be designed around software that offers unprecedented capability for monitoring delivery activities.
