2024 Honda Accord Revolutionizes Controls
【Summary】The 2024 Honda Accord has been unveiled in Japan with updates to its interior controls. The most significant changes include a square-shaped area around the digital gauge cluster and the addition of a 10.5-inch head-up display. These updates aim to decrease the reliance on knobs and buttons in the midsize luxury sedan.
The 2024 Accord has made its debut in Japan, with Honda already implementing changes to the midsize luxury sedan that was initially introduced in the USA in late 2022.
Although the car is less than a year old, the modifications made are not significant. However, the most notable upgrades can be found in the interior, where the 2024 Accord showcases some new controls.
Similar to the previous year's model, a 12.3-inch display is prominently positioned on top of the center console, featuring built-in Google functionality. The area surrounding the digital gauge cluster now has a square shape instead of being convex, which may have been done to accommodate the available 10.5-inch head-up display.
While these changes may seem relatively minor, there are more substantial differences further down in the cabin.
